Where can you get good vegan noodles in Canggu?
More places than you'd expect, and not just ramen. Canggu's kitchens cover a genuinely wide range of noodle styles, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian, most with a proper vegan version rather than a plain stir fry.
Vegan Pho
Our own vegan pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup built on a proper vegetable broth, not a shortcut. Order it through our menu or on Gojek or GrabFood.
Vegan Ramen, Two Ways
Kynd Community does a creamy vegan ramen that's become one of their most talked about dishes. If you'd rather have a clear broth, Tiger Sushi does both a soupy vegan ramen with a clean vegetable broth and a dry vegan ramen, more of a noodle and sauce dish without the soup.
Vegan Pad Thai
I Am Vegan Babe has a pad thai on their menu that's genuinely good, a solid pick if you want something Thai style with that classic sweet, sour, savory balance.
Vegan Laksa
Suksma Kitchen does a vegan laksa, a Malaysian style coconut curry noodle soup, worth seeking out if you want something rich and spiced rather than a clear broth.
Vegan Mie Goreng
The Sloth Bali does a vegan version of mie goreng, Indonesia's fried noodle dish, if you want something local rather than imported.
Vegan Bakso
Warung Dua Hati makes a vegan bakso, a plant based take on the classic Indonesian meatball soup, usually served with noodles or vermicelli in the broth. Worth trying if you want something distinctly Indonesian rather than pan-Asian.
